Transcend on Interbrand's Best Taiwan Global Brands List for 7th Consecutive Year

Taiwan’s  top 20 brand names for 2013 were announced at the end of November by the global branding consultancy Interbrand. Transcend was rated No.15 in this year’s survey, its 7th consecutive year on the annual Taiwan Top 20 list.According to the report, Transcend's brand value has reached $139 million US dollars with a growth rate of 7%.

In Gartner Research's latest survey, Transcend was ranked No.3 among the world'stop flash drive brands and No.5 among flash card manufacturers.

The "Best Taiwan Global Brands" survey is organized by the economics ministry's Industrial Development Bureau and conducted by Business Next magazine and consultancy firm Interbrand. Its evaluation system is based on Interbrand's annual "Best Global Brands" ranking, applying quantitative financial analysis and qualitative role-of-brand and brand-strength analyses to assess a brand's true value.
